How to order?

There are two ways to place an order:

  1. Ready-to-ship items: Available under the Ready to Ship tab on my website when in stock.
  2. Custom orders: During order periods announced on my Facebook page, you can have a bag custom-made from start to finish. Please note that you must wait for the scheduled dates and times for these orders.

What I need when taking custom orders

I will need the following information when taking your order:

  • First name, last name, and phone number
  • Full address (please separate apartment number from street number)
  • Fabric, model, and faux leather color
  • If you know what zipper color you want, you can let me know; otherwise, we'll look at the options together 🙂
  • You can also give me carte blanche! I love carte blanche orders 🤗

⚠️ I do not mix two fabrics that do not go well together.



Payment method for custom orders

A link will be sent to you by email to proceed with the payment of your invoice.

Full payment must be made upon receipt.

Production times begin when the order is paid.

Cash, debit card, or credit card payments are accepted.

Where am I located?

Fabreville in Laval

Is pickup possible?

Yes, it is possible to come during the week, but only by appointment.

Is it possible to shop in person?

Unfortunately, I don't have a physical store at the moment.

The only times you can see my items in person are at the markets I participate in.

Where can I see the available fabrics?

For the moment, photos are only available on my Facebook page.

They will eventually be added to my website to facilitate your shopping experience.

Which items cannot be ordered?

What I don't take on order:

  • Germaine 🚫
  • Mini-Rosa 🚫
  • Hair accessories 🚫
  • Any bag that is not one of my available models 🚫
  • Travel kit 🚫
  • Case / pouch 🚫
  • Bathrobe 🚫

How do I wash the bag?

Never machine wash or tumble dry.
Hand wash in lukewarm water with Marseille soap. Air dry.





Delivery

Delivery is handled by Ogalo, which allows me to choose from several carriers. The cost is $15 without signature or between $18 and $20 with signature. Please note that some delivery drivers, depending on the area, may still leave the package at the door, even if the signature option has been selected. Rates may also vary for remote areas and are therefore not fixed.

Do we receive a tracking number?

Yes! Always by email.

It's not sent the same day; if it's ready on Tuesday, it will only be sent the following week. Deliveries often leave on Monday or Tuesday.
I'm not Amazon; I only have two hands.





Production times

Production times are approximately 6 to 8 weeks.

📢 Obviously, this period may be extended by a few weeks in case of unforeseen circumstances (as during the last order intake when I had a small breakdown of my sewing machine and a delay in fabric delivery).

Please do not place an order if you need to receive your items in less than 8 weeks.
